Today was a leisurely, but productive, day. We took our time getting moving this morning and headed out about 10:00. We stopped by the National Farmers' Bank Building and went in to enjoy the architecture. It was built in 1893 and is beautifully restored.
After lunch, we headed out again, this time to do some shopping. We all found shoes we needed, books and a few other things in an outlet mall, a book store and a little country shop.
Larry's son, David and his wife Teresa, were here for dinner.
Again the day was filled with good food and good conversation surrounding some sightseeing and some shopping. All is well, and tomorrow we head north again.
Personally i am a fan of archatechure (oh the darn spelling) The church yesterday was fun... as is the Bank.Keep those pics coming
ReplyDeleteBut please at a church stay off the local snake water. Then the pics shouldn't have to be turned -wink-
